Wellness

Mind, Body & Spirit

Wellness is about returning to breath, to body, to boundaries, to joy.

This page is a curated space for the things that have supported me along the way—rituals, reflections, and gentle resources for caring for your whole self.

Take what you need. Come back as often as you like.

MIND |

Emotional & Mental Well-Being

  1. Journaling Prompts:
What am I carrying that doesn’t belong to me?
What helps me feel safe today?

  2. Quick Calm Meditation
A 20-minute grounding audio I return to often
    Listen Now

  3. Mental Nourishment
Books & podcasts that shifted my mindset:
    – The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle
    She’s So Lucky Podcast
The Mountain is You by Brianna Wiest

Nourish & Move

BODY |

Move With Intention

You don’t have to do a full workout to connect with your body. Try one of these, and notice how you feel:

– Stretch gently after getting out of bed
– Take a short walk without your phone
– Put on a song and let yourself move freely

Make Space for Rest

Rest is part of wellness, not something to earn.
Some ways it might look:

– Laying down in the middle of the day
– Saying no to what drains you
– Sleeping, napping, or simply being still

Soul & Intuition

SPIRIT |

Weekly Soul Check-In

A 10-minute practice to do every Sunday to reset:

  1. Pause – take 3 deep breaths

  2. Reflect – ask yourself:

    • What felt life-giving this week?

    • Where did I feel disconnected or drained?

    • What do I want to carry forward?

  3. Write – 3 words for how you want to feel this week
